Why are some languages more expensive than others?

Our Language Pricing Tiers consider various elements, including the language's prevalence, the challenge in sourcing quality voice actors for less common languages, and the demands of translation and proofreading. While North American English and Latin Spanish are widely used, adhering to international laws and taxation is necessary for other foreign languages.

How can I get pricing?

You can review pricing by clicking on the "Pricing" option on the main menu. Here you will find our rates for each service we offer as well as our language tiers.

Do you offer computer generated voices?

At GOTOVOICES, our focus is solely on natural human voices. We currently do not employ computer-generated or AI voices.

Do you offer background music?

Yes!  Currently, we're in the process of developing our Music on Hold feature, soon to be available on the GOTOVOICES site. In the meantime, please reach out to our sale department for pricing and options here: sales@gotovoices.com

In what currency is the billing?

All transations are completed in US Dollars.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. If you would like to use an alternative method of payment, please contact us. 

Where can I find a list of the languages that GOTOVOICES offers?

To view a sample list of available languages, simply click on the 'Languages' tab located in both the main menu and the page footer.

Can I submit an order form instead of typing out each script?

Absolutely! To request a custom quote, simply navigate to the Custom Quote section in the bottom menu. From there, you can download an order form. Once filled out, follow the provided instructions to submit your order form.
